I’m a consumer. Can I purchase YOVA products directly online?

We’re a wholesaler and for this reason, we don’t deliver directly to consumers. We only deliver to YOVA Dealers

I can’t find the spare parts and accessories I’m looking for online.

We have placed most of our spare parts and accessories online, but not all. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you can’t find what you’re looking for. 

Can I purchase my spare parts and accessories directly from YOVA?

Yes, you can find all original YOVA parts and accessories here. 

How long does the warranty on my YOVA product last?

YOVA offers a two year warranty on all its products. Your receipt is a valid warranty. Within this period of two years all repairs will be carried out free of charge. We will replace the product free of charge, should it not be possible to repair it.

It is not possible for me, as a consumer, to return the product to the point of purchase.

If you can’t return your defect product to the point of purchase, than you can contact customer service. You can contact our customer service center via the contact form on the website. They will tell you how you can return a product.

My product has a defect, but it’s not covered by the warranty.

If your product has a defect which is not covered by the warranty than we would like to ask you to contact our customer service center. They can tell you whether or not it’s still interesting for you to offer your product for repair.

The manuals for all our products can be found in our Download Center.

My YOVA product has a defect, what can I do now?
