Warranty

There is a two year warranty period on all your YOVA products. Might you run in to any problems with your product and the retailer is not able to help you, or not in the way you like, then you can count on us. The suppliers’ warranty conditions are enclosed with the product.

Within the warranty period of two years all repairs will be done free of charge. We will replace the product free of charge If we are not able to repair it. We would like to ask you to make all service requests with regard to a defect product via the contact form on our website. Below you will find more information on our services.

Repairs & Returns

Return to your retailer
When your YOVA product is broken you can return to the retailer who sold you the product. In most cases the item will be checked and replaced or send back for repair.

Returns
If, for some reason, you are not able to return the YOVA product to the retailer, you can return it to our service department. We will repair your product and send it back to your home address.
