If you would like to return a product because it is defect we ask you to use the request form. When we judge the request we will check the kind of product and the date of purchase.

Returning a product with the online return form
When your request is granted we will send you a login for our online return form. On this form you can fill in a description of the defect. Your information will be processed directly into our database and you will receive an e-mail with information on how to send us your return.

Sending the product
After filling in the online return from your will receive a reply address and information on how to send the package. You can send the package to this address unstamped.

In the unexpected case of the return package getting damaged or lost; YOVA can’t be held liable. This is why we ask you to make sure you will get a signature on delivery.

Repairs
The product will be repaired and send back to the senders address. Within the warranty period of two years all repairs will be done free of charge. We will replace the product free of charge If we are not able to repair it.
